Spectator Notes
A very effective and useful roll in the rough waves of a storm. By ending in a forward-leaning posture rather than laying back, the hunter recovers in position to take a forward stroke or brace quickly. 3 points per side. Forward ending rolls use a different flexibility range and torso motion, and are usually not learned first.
