The layback variation of the the norsaq roll is the easiest. It can be done exactly like a shotgun roll or as a butterfly roll and forms the basis of all the more advanced layback rolls. A competitor who is knocking this one out effortlessly on both sides will likely be doing hand and fist rolls as well. Conversely, someone who struggles here is probably near the end of their abilities and not likely to increase their current score by much.
